Client Service Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Client Service Clerk to join our team at ECEN Immigration. As a Client Service Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, and other materials, as well as maintain inventory and order office supplies.
- Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on our services.
- Data Management: Collect and record data, and perform general office duties.
- Task Management: Book appointments, arrange for refunds and credits, and issue receipts and other forms.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Setting: Consulting firm.
