Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated **Office Administrator** to join our team at **Sagar Kundra Realty PC LTD**. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and enhance new administrative processes to improve efficiency.
  • Assign tasks to office support personnel to ensure workflow is maintained.
  • Set work priorities and guarantee adherence to established procedures and timelines.
  • Manage policies and procedures concerning the release of records in compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Coordinate and strategize for office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Assist in the development of the operational budget while overseeing inventory and financial controls.
  • Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Supervise and streamline office administrative functions.
  • Plan and oversee budgetary allocations and expenditures.

Work Environment
