Key Responsibilities- Client Service: Provide superior customer service to clients, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Financial Transaction Support: Assist with routine operations related to financial transactions, including purchases and sales of securities, transaction adjustments, and deposit, withdrawal, transfer, and currency conversion instructions.
- Client File Management: Analyze, open, and update client files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
- Portfolio Management: Produce portfolio management reports and assist with the administrative management of client files, including managing agendas, scheduling appointments, and preparing client meetings.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.

As a Wealth Associate, you will work closely with a wealth advisor to deliver exceptional client experiences, leveraging your skills and expertise to drive results.
