About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Agent to join our team at NBC. As an Operations Agent, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients and colleagues by carrying out administrative tasks in accordance with our policies, standards, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Welcome and Support: Warmly welcome clients to the branch and direct them to the right resource person.
  • Customer Service: Provide top-quality customer service in person, on the phone, and via email.
  • Branch Environment: Ensure that all common spaces for the team and for greeting clients feel welcoming and appear professional.
  • Conference Room Scheduling: Organize and manage conference room schedules for clients.
  • Event Coordination: Help coordinate events and conferences with internal/external partners.
  • Administrative Tasks: Carry out various daily administrative activities (e.g., mail, distribute and file documents, order supplies).

NBC Financial – Wealth Management is a leading financial services company with a strong presence in Canada. We have a team of experienced professionals who manage the assets of thousands of clients across multiple branches. As an Operations Agent, you will report to the Regional Manager and work closely with a team of investment advisors.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma and 21⁄2 years of relevant experience or a college diploma and 6 months of relevant experience.
  • Skills: Practical knowledge required of Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to adapt to change and work under pressure. Organizational and priority management skills.
