Key Responsibilities- Vehicle Operation: Drive and operate straight or articulated trucks to transport various goods.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct thorough inspections of the vehicle, including tires, lights, brakes, and cold storage systems.
- Emergency Repairs: Perform roadside repairs as necessary to maintain operational efficiency.
- Inspection Duties: Carry out pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections, overseeing all vehicle aspects.
- Communication: Relay information effectively to central dispatch regarding transportation status.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of cargo details, service hours, distance traveled, and fuel usage.
- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Licenses: Possession of an AZ class license is required.
- Experience: No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
- Language of Work: English.
- Working Hours: 35 hours per week.
