Truck Driver

Linc All Truck Inc is seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials across various routes.
Key Responsibilities- Load and Unload Goods: Ensure that goods are properly loaded and unloaded from trucks to prevent damage and ensure efficient transportation.
- Operate and Drive Trucks: Safely operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Perform Emergency Roadside Repairs: Respond to emergency situations and perform necessary repairs to ensure the safe continuation of transportation.
- Inspect and Maintain Vehicles: Conduct pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicles are in good working condition, and perform preventive maintenance as needed.
- Communicate with Dispatch: Receive and relay information to central dispatch to ensure efficient communication and coordination.
- Record and Track Information: Accurately record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption to ensure compliance with regulations and optimize transportation efficiency.
- Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Oral Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate with others to ensure understanding and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing situations and priorities to ensure the efficient completion of tasks and responsibilities.
- Judgement: Make informed decisions that prioritize safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Organized: Prioritize tasks, manage time, and maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure productivity and efficiency.
