Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at MJ Thorpe Restaurants Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Food Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints in a professional manner.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
Work Environment:

The Food Counter Attendant will work in a restaurant environment, serving customers in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
