About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
    • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
  • Strategic Planning
    • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
    • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
  • Employee Development
    • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP degree or equivalent
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and management skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
