Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Zeid Enterprises Co. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering telephone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordination: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Organizational Skills: Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Training and Development: Train staff on new procedures and systems, ensuring that they are up-to-date with the latest information.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and external partners, ensuring that all parties are informed and up-to-date.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Utilize Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word to manage and maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong organizational and communication skills.
