Job Title: Industrial Spray Painter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Spray Painter to join our team at ARC Coatings. As an Industrial Spray Painter, you will be responsible for applying protective coatings to metal surfaces using various techniques and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply protective coatings to metal surfaces using spray guns, brushes, and other equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other documents to ensure accurate coating application.
  • Operate and maintain equipment, including spray guns, air compressors, and other machinery.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure coatings meet specifications and standards.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and production targets.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in industrial coating application.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Physical stamina to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
