**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team at uptreeHR Inc as a Partner Conseil H/F. As a key member of our consulting team, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business success.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and practices that align with each client's business objectives and organizational culture
* Manage the full spectrum of HR services, including recruitment, policy development, performance management, employee relations, leadership coaching, termination support, and more
* Lead HR projects for clients, ensuring timely and successful completion
* Network and attend industry events on behalf of the company to generate new business leads and foster relationships
* Stay current with HR best practices, legal requirements, and industry trends to ensure clients receive the most up-to-date advice and support
