As a Senior Technology Partner at UptreeHR Inc., you will work with clients on a long-term, fractional basis, tackling a diverse range of projects with defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and practices that align with each client's business objectives and organizational culture.
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR services, including recruitment, policy development, performance management, employee relations, leadership coaching, termination support, and more.
  • Lead HR projects for clients, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Network and attend industry events on behalf of the company to generate new business leads and foster relationships.
  • Stay current with HR best practices, legal requirements, and industry trends to ensure clients receive the most up-to-date advice and support.
