Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you'll perform basic diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned agricultural and turf equipment. You'll work closely with our Service Manager to ensure seamless execution of tasks and meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform basic diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment
  • Conduct Preventive Maintenance Inspections (PMIs) on new units
  • Use special tools and equipment to perform repairs and maintenance
  • Operate vehicles and equipment for diagnostic purposes
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in agricultural equipment service repairs
  • Ag Technician (Level 4 to Journeyman) certification preferred
  • Previous John Deere experience an asset
  • Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
  • Valid driver's license with reasonable abstract
  • Forklift license preferred
