About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Yordanos Grocery and Butcher Shop Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stock and Maintain the Sales Floor: Restock shelves, face merchandise, and ensure the sales floor is clean and well-organized.
  • Process Returns and Exchanges: Handle customer returns and exchanges in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Participate in Promotional Activities: Participate in visual merchandising, sales promotions, and other initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Work as a Team Member: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Availability: Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
