Core Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and visitors, guiding them to the correct locations, and addressing inquiries via telephone
- Coordinate patient appointments and follow-up consultations with precision and care
- Maintain and organize patient records, ensuring all necessary details are accurately documented
- Record physicians' directives and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
- Gather and evaluate statistical information for reporting needs
- Carry out general office tasks such as operating office machinery and managing supply orders
Required Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited Nursing Unit Clerk Program
- At least one year of relevant experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Capability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic work environment
- Proficiency in various computer software applications
