Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager role at Paladin Technologies is a key position responsible for overseeing complex projects from initiation to closeout. This role involves managing projects with significant value or those that span multiple departments, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and scope.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and supervise AV installations, ensuring high-quality workmanship and client satisfaction.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and on budget.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
  • Lead and mentor a team of technicians, project coordinators, and subcontractors, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their vision is realized through the project.
  • Ensure all installations meet industry standards and client specifications.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to guarantee the highest level of workmanship.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and change orders.
  • Provide detailed reports to senior management on project performance and outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of Audio-Visual Project Management experience.
  • PMP certification or an approved application from PMI is preferred but not required.
  • CTS or CTS-I (Certified Technical Specialist) is preferred but not required.
  • Additional industry certifications.
Demonstrated Professional Competencies:
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High-level time management skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and use sound judgment when addressing potentially volatile issues.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical or other project-related issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects, and Microsoft Visio/AutoCAD/DTools viewing.
Pay:

$105,000 - $130,000 DOE
