Job Title: Commercial Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Consultant to join our team at The Brick. As a Commercial Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities within the B2B commercial sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive B2B commercial market share growth through active solicitation, customer sales presentations, and closing.
  • Meet targets and performance plans in cooperation with the Director of Sales Edmonton.
  • Utilize Salesforce as the central CRM system to manage leads and develop quotes.
  • Provide expertise on high-end appliances across varying brands to prospective clients depending on application.
  • Analyze sales data for the Edmonton market and develop plans to address and sell to any gaps.
  • Conduct Commercial Design center customer presentations and sales consultations.
  • In cooperation with the sales Director, create innovative programs for upselling and implement innovative go-to-market strategies to solicit more sales opportunities within the builder/developer industry and related trade channels.
Requirements:
  • Cold calling and prospecting to generate leads.
  • Develop sales presentations for presentation to prospects.
  • Ensure on-site presence for all site deliveries ensuring schedules are being met.
  • Resolve any customer issues and complaints, developing solutions and making recommendations to management.
  • Work in liaison with the commercial sales customer care team to deliver exceptional client experience to our customers, both B2B commercial and individual.
  • New business development in harmony with divisional goals and KPIs.
