Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a minimum yield standard of 98% across all production sectors.
  • Design and execute a training framework for management and staff to enhance their skills in yield identification and management, especially during fluctuating business conditions.
  • Identify and mentor potential yield supervisors.
  • Generate and disseminate detailed weekly reports on yield metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with finance and production teams to ensure precise data collection and engage actively in weekly yield discussions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Food Manufacturing.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Operations Administration, or Continuous Improvement is advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of production methodologies, quality assurance, and cost efficiency.
  • Familiarity with relevant machinery and operational safety.
  • Ability to conduct cost-benefit analyses.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
