Restaurant Manager Job Description

JIN-GEE RESTAURANT LTD is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality in our food and beverage offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and optimize daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve menu offerings, pricing, and inventory management.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, revenues, and expenses to maintain profitability.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Recruit, hire, and manage staff to meet the needs of the restaurant.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, liquor legislation, and other relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to attract and retain customers.
  • Manage events, including catering and private functions.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing daily operations, staff, and customer service.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with high levels of customer interaction.
  • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Work Schedule:

40 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
