Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at KPJ FOOD SERVICE INC. As a Food Service Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Portion and wrap food items according to company standards.
    • Package take-out food and ensure it is ready for customers.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Keep the dining area, kitchen, and surrounding areas clean and sanitized at all times.
    • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment.
    • Remove kitchen garbage and trash in a timely manner.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Take customers' orders and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively with the kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service.
    • Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure a positive dining experience.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience
    • Will train and provide on-the-job training.

Working Conditions

The Food Service Attendant will work in a fast-paced dining environment with a high volume of customers. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service in a timely and efficient manner.

Language and Work Term

The language of work is English and the work term is permanent.

Hours of Work

The hours of work are 30 to 40 hours per week.
