Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk

At PCS Kitchen Hardware Inc., we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine Method of Shipment: Research and select the most efficient and cost-effective shipping methods for our products.
  • Schedule Distribution: Coordinate with our suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Prepare Shipping Documents: Accurately complete and process shipping documents, including bills of lading and invoices.
  • Inspect and Verify Goods: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming goods to ensure they match our orders.
  • Record Shortages and Damaged Goods: Document and report any discrepancies or damage to our inventory.
  • Route Goods to Storage: Efficiently store and organize our inventory to ensure easy access and retrieval.
  • Affix Shipping Instructions: Clearly label and mark shipments with relevant information.
  • Oversee Loading and Unloading: Supervise the loading and unloading of goods to ensure safe and secure transportation.
