Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Nubo Kitchen + Bar. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and dishwashers.
  • Train and develop kitchen staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage to inform menu planning and inventory management.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or food service environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
