Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Henil Food Inc O/A Mary Brown's. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure seamless meal preparation.
- Recruit and hire qualified food service staff to meet the needs of our restaurant.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Manage records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize operational efficiency.
- Supervise the delivery of food trolleys and ensure that all food is presented to the highest standard.
- Experience in a food service environment is an asset.
- Permanent position with a minimum of 32 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English is required.
