Key Qualifications and Skills- A genuine passion for customer service, demonstrated through previous roles, and a strong commitment to a customer-focused environment. Experience in sales, business development, or customer success is advantageous.

- A strong focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Proven ability to foster collaborative relationships with various departments to meet organizational revenue objectives.

- Utilizing various lead sources to connect with and visit client families to assess their pre-arrangement needs.
- Effectively communicating the Company's pre-need funeral planning offerings.
- Generating leads through follow-ups on referrals, walk-ins, and outreach to families regarding after-care programs.
- Presenting to community groups, organizing seminars, and promoting the pre-need funeral program.
- Coordinating and hosting educational programs at the funeral home, including guest speakers and co-sponsors.
- Ensuring accurate completion of contracts, obtaining necessary signatures, and maintaining organized files.
- Participating in staff meetings and maintaining regular communication with team members regarding family services and new leads.
- Performing additional duties or special projects as needed.
