We are seeking a skilled Delivery Operations Specialist to join our team at Novelty Transport Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Operations: Operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products.
  • Customer Service: Provide professional customer service and receive and relay information to central dispatch.
  • Logistics and Administration: Load and unload goods, record trip information, and perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Possess a valid Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles).
Work Environment

As a Delivery Operations Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and physically demanding tasks. You will be required to work overtime and handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
