Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Business Analyst to assist our product team in achieving its objectives. In this capacity, you will play a pivotal role in defining our requirements and software specifications to advance our product strategy and successfully launch innovative software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and evaluate requirements for both new and existing functionalities.
- Document business workflows and system specifications.
- Design solutions and create software specifications for new features and enhancements.
- Perform gap analysis and competitive assessments.
- Collaborate with the Product team to assess, negotiate, and plan the scope of work.
- Maintain system documentation using Jira/Confluence.
- Partner with QA to establish acceptance criteria and facilitate user acceptance testing.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis within the software sector (CRM/SaaS preferred).
- A degree in a relevant field.
- Familiarity with CRM software and financial systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
Preferred Knowledge & Experience
- Experience in membership and subscription management, including dues and renewals.
- Understanding of financial and commerce functionalities such as orders, invoices, taxes, and payments.
- Knowledge of general accounting principles and integration with accounting software.
- Experience with SaaS applications.
- IIBA Certification is a plus.
