Trainer Consultant, SNAP Youth Justice Program

We are seeking a highly skilled Trainer Consultant to join our team in Toronto. As a key member of our Implementation and Affiliate Relations team, you will play a critical role in the successful launch and delivery of our SNAP Youth Justice program.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver training and technical support to Affiliate sites to ensure successful implementation of the SNAP Youth Justice program.
- Nurture ongoing success by providing guidance, consulting, and troubleshooting to Affiliate sites.
- Maintain documentation and track consultation, training, and community-related activities using the SNAP Implementation Tool.
- Support Affiliate Sites' quality assurance activities, including monitoring program integrity and accreditation activities.
- Clinical experience in delivering individual and group evidence-based cognitive-behavioural multi-modal programming, working with high-risk children and youth, and applying gender-sensitive approaches.
- In-depth understanding of the youth justice system, facilities, services, and governing compliance requirements.
- Ability to work in a highly distractible environment with sensitivity to the uniqueness and demands of a public service agency.
- Strong consulting approach, including developing and nurturing trusting and collaborative relationships with program sponsors, providers, and participants.
- Experience delivering and supporting multi-modal training that leverages hand-held technology.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to adapt presentation style to relay authenticity and ensure understanding.
