Medical Laboratory Technologist Exam Support Specialist

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to support their Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) exam preparation and career advancement. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of medical laboratory professionals in Nova Scotia.
The successful candidate will work closely with our team to provide support and resources to help individuals prepare for and pass the MLT exam. This will include providing access to exam preparation materials, offering guidance and mentorship, and facilitating connections with experienced medical laboratory professionals.

- Must be a graduate from an approved program in Medical Laboratory Technologist
- Must be eligible for licensure with NSCMLT
- Must be willing to enroll in the MLT Bridging Program and the Medical Laboratory Sciences National Certification Exam Preparation Course within the Michener Institute
- Registration with CSMLS
- Ability to work shiftwork (weekends and holidays as required)
- Willingness to travel when required
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred
