Citibank is seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Engineering Manager to lead our Data space in Mississauga location. As a key member of our IT Quality team, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals and driving the delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective testing strategies and processes to ensure the quality of our applications.
  • Manage multiple IT Quality teams or functional areas, ensuring consistency and quality of processes across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, production support, and environment management, to ensure project stability and productivity.
  • Develop and implement methods for cost, effort, and milestones of IT Quality activities.
  • Evaluate subordinates' performance and make decisions on pay increases, promotions, terminations, etc.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of IT testing experience, with a proven track record in successful automation testing on multiple projects.
  • Hands-on knowledge of testing and QA practices, quality engineering principles, and tool-sets.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing teams, with a strong understanding of DevOps concepts and how they intersect with QA.
  • Proficient in building automation frameworks from scratch and strong skills in Java, SQL, Python, and Excel functions.
