Reporting to the P2P Manager / P2P Sr. Manager, the Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting our business partners in various areas of Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead in the development and implementation of projects to improve Supplier management and procurement processes
- Investigate and analyze inquiries from internal and external partners, providing timely and accurate responses
- Collaborate with various teams to understand business processes related to financial reporting, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Analyze information from multiple sources and create actionable plans to drive process improvements
- Establish relationships with Suppliers and internal partners, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication
- Maintain proactive metrics to resolve issues in the P2P pipeline, ensuring timely and efficient payment processing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance or 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and create actionable plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Advanced MS Office skills, with proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Previous experience with SAP, VBA, and SQL is an asset, as is a strong understanding of accounting and financial processes
- Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver accurate results in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in French is an asset, as is a strong understanding of business processes and procedures
