Chief Financial Officer

Fathom Studio is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to join our executive team. As a key strategic partner to the CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes.
- Advise on industry norms and best practices.
- Oversee financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, tax planning, cash flow, and treasury management.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and reports.
- Monitor financial performance and develop strategies to optimize profitability and efficiency.
- Identify and manage financial risks, including market, credit, operational, and compliance risks.
- Implement robust internal controls and financial policies to safeguard company assets.
- Manage the company's capital structure, including debt and equity financing, to support growth initiatives.
- Oversee mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and other corporate finance activities.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational initiatives and strategic projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with a deep understanding of GAAP and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and stakeholders.
- Experience with fundraising, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance activities.
- Proficiency in financial software (Quickbooks) and data analytics tools.
