Chief Financial Officer

Fathom Studio, a pioneering collective of creative and strategic thinkers, is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive team. As a key strategic partner to the CEO, the CFO will oversee all financial aspects of the company, driving financial performance, supporting business expansion, and ensuring fiscal responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute the company's financial strategy to support business objectives and growth initiatives.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the Partners and Management Team, leading all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes.
- Financial Management and Reporting: Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, tax planning, cash flow, and treasury management, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and reports.
- Risk Management and Compliance: Identify and manage financial risks, including market, credit, operational, and compliance risks, implementing robust internal controls and financial policies to safeguard company assets.
- Capital Management: Manage the company's capital structure, including debt and equity financing, to support growth initiatives, leading fundraising efforts, and overseeing mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and other corporate finance activities.
- Operational Efficiency: Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and tools to enhance operational efficiency, implementing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and support decision-making.
- Leadership and Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence, helping recruit, retain, and develop top talent to support the company's growth and success.
