About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Punjab Grocery and Convenience Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, cashiers, and grocery clerks and shelf stockers.
    • Provide guidance and training to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Store Operations
    • Manage store inventory, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
    • Establish work schedules and ensure efficient store operations.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced retail environment, standing for extended periods and working under pressure.
