Job Title: Manager, Finance

Street Haven is a dynamic multi-service agency that provides shelter, supportive housing, training, and addictions therapy to vulnerable women in Toronto.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Finance to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring best practices in finance, controllership, business planning, and budgeting, as well as benefits administration and payroll.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a financial analyst and payroll clerk
  • Work collaboratively to ensure smooth process management and maintain reliable systems
  • Participate in strategic planning and operational execution as it relates to the Finance function
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have progressive experience with financial operations and accounting, including financial reporting and forecasting. They will be hands-on, results-oriented, and have exceptional communication skills. The successful candidate will be a team player, client-services oriented, and dedicated to the mission of Street Haven.
