Position Overview: Senior Billing Analyst
The Senior Billing Analyst is responsible for overseeing daily financial operations, which include invoicing, cash management, and collections. This pivotal role is essential for facilitating seamless financial transactions and fostering robust relationships with our clientele. The successful candidate will exhibit exceptional attention to detail and will be proactive in refining the quote-to-cash process across all divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance financial transaction systems by reconciling payments and managing customer accounts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication regarding overdue accounts.
- Oversee the finances inbox to respond to customer inquiries and facilitate the onboarding of new clients.
- Improve accounts receivable workflows and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Ensure the accuracy of invoices and proper documentation.
- Keep accounts receivable records current and manage daily cash activities.
- Track and collect outstanding receivables by engaging with clients.
- Prepare financial analyses and reports for management review.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of balance sheets.
- Support ad hoc reporting and analytical needs.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar roles.
- Strong grasp of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping principles.
- Exceptional time management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
- Strong mathematical aptitude with a focus on process optimization.
