What is the opportunity?

As a Mortgage Solutions Leader, you will guide a team of dedicated Mortgage Specialists, driving growth through effective sales strategies and establishing a strong presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a team committed to fostering meaningful relationships and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and continuous support to the Mortgage Specialist team, enhancing employee engagement through structured sales practices.
  • Identify and develop local business prospects by nurturing relationships within the community and key influencers.
  • Work collaboratively with regional teams to execute strategic initiatives.
  • Promote best practices in sales management to ensure an outstanding client journey, sustained business growth, and operational efficiency.
  • Utilize the full spectrum of RBC resources, including branches and service partners, to meet business objectives.

Qualifications for Success

Essential Requirements

  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in sales within the financial services sector.
  • In-depth understanding of mortgage origination processes and home financing solutions.
  • Established relationships within the real estate sector and a robust network of influential contacts.
  • Demonstrated ability to acquire new business effectively.
  • Proven track record in driving business growth and cultivating community and client connections.
  • Familiarity with modern communication tools and technology, including digital banking and social media platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of personal banking products and risk management practices.
  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
