What is the opportunity?

As a Mortgage Solutions Leader, you will guide a team of dedicated Mortgage Specialists, driving growth through effective sales strategies, market leadership, and community representation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a team committed to fostering meaningful relationships and delivering exceptional service and advisory capabilities.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and continuous coaching to the Mortgage Specialist team, enhancing employee engagement through structured sales practices.
  • Identify and cultivate local business prospects by building relationships within the community and with key influencers.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to execute strategic initiatives effectively.
  • Promote best practices in sales management to ensure an outstanding client experience, sustained business growth, and high productivity.
  • Utilize the full range of RBC resources, including branches and service partners, to meet business objectives.

Qualifications for Success

Essential Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership within the financial services sector.
  • In-depth understanding of the mortgage origination process and home financing solutions.
  • Established relationships within the real estate sector and a broad network of influential contacts.
  • Demonstrated ability to acquire new business effectively.
  • Proven track record in fostering business growth and developing community and client relationships.
  • Familiarity with modern communication tools and technology, including digital banking and social media.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of personal banking products and risk management practices.
  • A degree or diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
