The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to become a vital part of our Finance Team. In this position, you will be responsible for comprehensive financial reporting across the organization, contributing significantly to forecasting, budgeting, and various analytical tasks. You will collaborate closely with the Accounting team and other departments to ensure financial accuracy and alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain forecasting models for operational expenditures, ensuring alignment with company spending objectives.
  • Generate weekly sales reports for executive review.
  • Conduct variance analysis comparing actual results to forecasts and budgets.
  • Work in partnership with the Accounting Team at month-end to record accruals and guarantee the integrity of financial reporting.
  • Assist in preparing the monthly reporting package for leadership and cost center managers.
  • Maintain mappings for profit centers, cost centers, and general ledger accounts.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and modeling as required.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar financial role or environment.
  • Strong financial planning and analytical capabilities.
  • A collaborative spirit with a focus on relationship building.
  • A curious mindset with a passion for learning.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Work Environment:
