Job Title: Intermediate Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Data Analyst to join our team at S.i. Systèmes. As an Intermediate Data Analyst, you will be responsible for performing data exploration and creating dashboards using SQL, Python, Tableau, and PowerBI with one of our major banking clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze performance of process activities, identify problem areas, and present findings in clear, concise charts, graphs, tables, or summaries.
  • Collect and consolidate data from disparate databases, systems, applications, and locations, enabling a comprehensive overview of information assets from an end-to-end perspective.
  • Identify ways to automate manual data acquisition from different databases to create a consistent and unified view of similar datapoints across different systems.
  • Test databases, correct errors, and make necessary modifications.
  • Assess the need for process improvements based on activity trends and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Conduct research on emerging products, services, approaches, and techniques in the areas of data analysis.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in data analytics.
  • Recent 5 years of experience in strong PC skills, including strong knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Power BI.
  • Recent 5 years' experience and strong knowledge using and implementing visualization tools (SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI).
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Data Management and Big Data ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of one or more key information service standards such as SDLC, ITIL, QA/testing, Project Management, Six Sigma, etc.
Education and Certifications:
  • Bachelor's in computer science or mathematics is a must have.
  • Process certification, such as Six Sigma, CBPP, BPM, ISO 20000, ITIL, CMMI is an asset.
Interview Process:

The interview process will consist of a 1-hour MS Teams session with a panel of technical and soft skills assessors.
