We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Parts Advisor to join our team at Vaughan Chrysler. As a key member of our parts department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of our parts inventory.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting the right parts and provide expert advice on accessories and specials
  • Process orders for parts, including telephone, technician counter, retail counter, and wholesale accounts
  • Organize and fill orders from stock, ensuring timely delivery and pickup
  • Maintain a well-organized and stocked parts department, including shelving and inventory management
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Experience with Reynolds/CDK system an asset
  • Wholesale experience and dealership background preferred
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
