About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Property Manager to join our team at Paramount Properties Management. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and that our clients are satisfied with the service they receive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and Approve Leases: Negotiate and approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners, ensuring that terms are met and that properties are rented to suitable tenants.
  • Property Maintenance: Oversee the preparation and administration of contracts for property services, such as maintenance and repairs, to ensure that properties are well-maintained and that costs are under control.
  • Tenant Relations: Ensure that tenants are satisfied with the service they receive, responding promptly to their queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Financial Management: Monitor the financial performance of properties, ensuring that budgets are met and that financial reports are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of property managers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as property management or business administration.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in property management, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with tenants, property owners, and colleagues. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
