Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Helper to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality food preparation and presentation.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food to order, following Wendy's quality standards.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve our goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of food preparation and inventory, as required.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a food service environment, preferably in a fast-food setting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for long periods.
