Infosys is seeking a skilled Salesforce DevOps Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable enterprise solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interface with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design.
  • Deliver high-quality code deliverables for a module and lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce product roadmap and best practices to ensure our solutions are aligned with industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
  • At least 11 years of Information Technology experience.
  • At least 11 years of experience in implementing CRM solutions on the Salesforce platform and at least 3+ years of experience in release management.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience working on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud on the Salesforce Lightning platform preferably in Lightning Web Components.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in designing scalable enterprise solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Release management using tools like GIT, GITHUB, AZURE DevOps, and COPADO in Salesforce implementation projects.
  • Valid Salesforce Credentials – at least 3 certifications including COPADO certifications and Salesforce certifications.
