Job Overview:

As a Construction Site Foreman at ARNO, you will play a crucial role in managing and directing the workforce to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Overseeing the allocation of labor and resources (both human and material);
  • Guaranteeing that all installations meet the required standards, plans, and specifications;
  • Developing timelines in accordance with project objectives;
  • Delegating tasks to team members to facilitate project completion;
  • Monitoring team performance (safety, attendance, quality of work, etc.);
  • Ensuring the site remains clean and organized;
  • Providing daily updates on project progress and communicating any challenges to the project manager;

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in site management;
  • Familiarity with Hydro-Québec projects is considered an asset;
  • Possession of a CCQ competency card;
  • Excellent planning and organizational capabilities;
  • Ability to work independently while adhering to budgets and deadlines;
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities;
  • Willingness to travel across Quebec for various projects;
  • Proven experience in positive leadership and team management;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations;
  • A valid driver's license;
  • Completion of a general construction site safety course (ASP Construction).
