About the Role

We are seeking a mature and compassionate individual to join our team as an Accessible Vehicle Operator. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport passengers in wheelchair-accessible vehicles to pre-approved destinations in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Follow all road safety rules and regulations to ensure a safe and secure environment for passengers.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and navigate our company systems to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist passengers with their needs, including carrying luggage, assisting with seatbelts, and other items as required.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our clients.
Requirements
  • 10 years of driving experience with a valid G driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Good overall physical health and ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required.
  • Ability to comfortably wear a protective mask and work with sanitizing products.
  • Valid CPR certificate and ability to provide a current police check, including a vulnerable sector search.
  • Strong knowledge of the regional geographic area and the metropolitan Greater Toronto Area.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
