Job Summary

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and staff. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist clients with special needs, providing support and guidance as required.
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting areas of success and areas for improvement.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
