Associate Attorney

We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented entry to mid-level litigation associate to join our team at Paul Frank + Collins in Burlington, Vermont.

The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials and one to four years of relevant legal experience. Strong oral advocacy and written communication skills, as well as excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills, are essential for this position.

• Participate in general commercial litigation, land use, professional malpractice, environmental, property, and construction disputes
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case development and strategy
• Develop and implement effective case plans and strategies
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to achieve case goals

To be successful in this role, you must be admitted or eligible for admission to the Vermont Bar and have a strong interest in living and working in Vermont. Some hybrid/remote work is possible, but litigation practitioners must travel to and attend court and administrative hearings in person.
