Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating 3D models and 2D schematics of marine equipment and systems
  • Conducting technical analyses, producing drawings, surveys, and specifications for both governmental and commercial vessels
  • Executing engineering designs for auxiliary systems
  • Integrating engineering modifications into existing designs
  • Participating in systems integration initiatives

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Educational Background: Mechanical Engineering Technology Diploma (Marine Engineering Systems)
  • Experience Required:
    • 8-10+ years of demonstrated hands-on experience in 2D drafting, 3D modeling, and engineering design/integration projects
  • Familiarity with marine systems is advantageous
  • Proficient in Microstation and/or AutoCAD or S3D
  • Skilled in MS Office Suite, including intermediate to advanced Excel capabilities
  • Experience in Naval Warship design is a plus

All candidates must comply with the requirements for the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP) and Canadian Government Security clearance.
