Job Title: Vice President of PMO, Transformation

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as Vice President of PMO, Transformation. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the successful execution of critical business projects, spearheading organizational transformation initiatives, and managing hands-on all corporate services on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Oversight: Lead and support the PMO team to ensure the successful delivery of critical business projects, develop strategic roadmaps, and transformation initiatives.
  • Cost Optimization and Productivity: Ensure all projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Identify and evaluate opportunities for cost reduction and productivity improvements.
  • Resource Allocation: Oversee and optimize resource allocation across the company, collaborating with business unit leaders to ensure optimal deployment of personnel.
  • KPI and Dashboard Development: Establish and manage dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress of our projects and transformation initiatives.
  • Change Management: Drive organizational change by advocating for the adoption of new technologies and processes. Provide training and support to ensure successful integration.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by deploying efficient processes, advanced technologies, and automated workflows.
  • Operational Excellence Program: Contribute to defining the direction for Quantrics' Operational Excellence program.
  • Daily Operations Oversight: Manage and oversee the daily operations of corporate services, including Facility Management, Maintenance, Procurement, Security, Logistics, Safety, and Contract Management.
  • Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond swiftly to urgent situations such as natural disasters, power outages, or facility issues.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Vendor and Contract Management: Review, maintain, and improve contracts with vendors.
  • Succession Planning: Develop and maintain a robust succession pipeline within the corporate services team.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience, including at least 2-3 years in senior leadership roles.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Language: Bilingualism (English/French) is a great asset.
