Position Overview:

JobCart Inc is seeking a qualified individual for the role of Systems Manager. This position mandates IATF Certification (International Automotive Task Force) and ISO 9001/2015 Certification. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure adherence to industry standards, conducting internal audits, and spearheading quality assurance initiatives.

Position: Systems Manager

Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 annually

Work Schedule: Day shifts

Note: This position is not suitable for students.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Possession of IATF Certification (International Automotive Task Force)
  • ISO 9001/2015 Certification is essential
  • Demonstrated experience in quality management, ideally within the automotive sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies.
  • Proficient internal auditing skills with appropriate training.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Leadership and team management skills are crucial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with IATF Certification and ISO 9001/2015 standards.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and product quality.
  • Coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve identified non-conformities.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify process enhancements and promote continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Provide training and mentorship to staff on quality assurance processes and standards.
  • Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management.
  • Engage with external auditors and certification bodies to maintain certification status and address audit findings.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively addressing and resolving quality-related concerns.
